AVENA Suites was founded in 2025 as a family-run hospitality project with a passion for genuine service and relaxed island living. We currently manage 10 apartments, including cozy studios for couples and spacious family units with two bedrooms. Our small team – Titos & Shurla and our young family – lives on-site during the season and is personally available to assist our guests. We take pride in offering a welcoming atmosphere, clean and comfortable spaces, and thoughtful touches that make a difference. Whether it's local tips, fresh snack boxes for the beach, or just a friendly chat, we're here to make your stay easy and memorable. Guests love our small shared pool area, perfect for cooling off and unwinding. A special highlight is our occasional barbecue evenings, where you can enjoy good food, meet other travellers, and experience a taste of warm Cretan hospitality.
