Topolia gorge

The Topolia Gorge is a dramatic gorge in western Crete, known for its steep limestone cliffs and striking rock formations. It lies along the road connecting Kissamos with Elafonissi, making it easily accessible even without a full hike. A notable feature is the Cave of Agia Sofia, a large cave set high above the road that can be reached by a short climb. While not as long or famous as some other gorges, its scenery is impressive and well worth a stop.
