Sarantari Beach

Sarantari beach belongs to the well-known “harbors” of Hersonissos. Beach took its name from the chapel of Saint George of Sarandaris, located in the homonymous cape at the west side of the beach. The coastal zone of Sarandari is quite small, but of particular natural beauty, because of the rock that extends along it and creates natural shade. The beach has fine sand in and out of the sea, while the bottom has a smooth slope. The water is shallow and usually calm, making the beach ideal for families.
