Description

Plakias is a small but touristically significant village on the south coast of the Greek island of Crete. It belongs to the municipal unit of Finikas within the newly established municipality of Agios Vasilios (since 2010) in the southern part of the Rethymno regional unit. The number of permanent residents is approximately 325.
