The Saint Anthony Gorge (or Patsos Gorge) is a lush, 2-kilometer hiking route located near the village of Patsos in the Rethymno region of Crete, Greece. Known for its impressive rock formations, dense vegetation, and a small river, the trail offers a relatively easy hike with a spectacular waterfall. It is renowned for the small chapel of Saint Anthony built directly into a cave in the limestone cliffs. The area is historically significant and includes archaeological remains nearby, making it a popular nature and cultural destination.
