Kalos Potamos and Istrouas are seasonal rivers located near the village of Istron in the Municipality of Agios Nikolaos, Lassithi, Crete. These rivers flow through lush valleys and are surrounded by rich natural landscapes. The area is known for its historical significance, being close to the ancient Minoan archaeological site of Vrokastro, as well as scenic chapels like Agios Panteleimonas. Both rivers offer visitors a blend of natural beauty and cultural heritage, making them interesting spots for hiking, nature walks, and exploration in eastern Crete.
