Impros

Impros village is located at Impros plateau at 780 km height and approximately 57 km from Chania. The village which has almost 60 residents, is separated into four districts, Dasos, Lempidiana, Nio Chorio and Chalara. In summer hiking enthusiasts can cross the Impros gorge, one of the most popular gorges on the island, which is 11 km long and is surrounded by cypresses and oak trees while at its entrance you can trace some caves.
