Description

Iligas beach is located 2 km west of Chora Sfakion and almost 72 km south of Chania.

It is a breathtaking place at south Crete with clear blue waters, white pebbles and impressive caves at its rocky coastline.

Besides Iligas, into which the gorge of Kavi exits, there are two more isolated beaches at the area. You can visit those beaches only through swimming starting from Iligas or by using a boat.

The access to Iligas is easy, through the short road from Chora Sfakion.
