Gerokampos Beach

Gerokampos Beach is a lovely shore located 75 km southwest of Heraklion Town, only 500 meters from Lentas. It’s a secluded destination surrounded by large rocks and tamarisk trees, ideal for relaxation and peace. The coast is covered in soft sand and fine pebbles, and the waters boast a dazzling cyan color. The beach is partially organized on the eastern side, with a few umbrellas and sunbeds. However, the western side is less touched by tourism and does not offer such accommodations. Around the area, you will find some taverns and only a few rooms to rent. The place is renowned for its wonderful view of the sunset, something you definitely can’t miss.
