Description

Panagia Church in Fodele is a beautiful 11th-century Byzantine church located near the village of Fodele in Crete. Built on the ruins of an early Christian basilica, it features impressive frescoes from the 11th and 14th centuries. Surrounded by orange groves and close to the El Greco Museum, it is a peaceful and culturally rich site worth visiting.
