Agios Nektarios is a small village 75 km south of Chania on the road that leads to Fragokastello. The residents of Kolokasia village abandoned their village because it was isolated and they moved to Agios Nektarios. Kolokasia, which is located 7 km west of Agios Nektarios, is now named Agios Georgios after its church.
