With a history and tradition of wine production dating back to the late 1950s, the Titakis family of winemakers, now in its third generation, remains faithful to and dedicated to the magical craft of winemaking. The specialized know-how accumulated over the years, the blend of native and carefully chosen international varieties, and the passionate effort to create quality wine bring Titakis Winery into a new era, which coincides with what can be called a Renaissance of Cretan wines. Fabrika was established to present an alternative approach to the Cretan wine world. The corridors of Concrete Village feature imposing tanks, the outdoor display of old winemaking machines, the Vine Garden with 11 Cretan grape varieties, and a Cellar that traces the family’s journey from the early 1950s to the present.
