In 1954, the family acquired land in Castelliana, largely consisting of the monastic vineyards of the Sinaitic Monastery of the Holy Apostles. Taking another step toward the dream of transforming the raw material into an endless tasting journey, in 2007 we began operating our winery with the aim of making our wines inseparably linked to the terroir and its flavors.
