Continuing the long Cretan winemaking tradition while embracing modern techniques and up-to-date equipment, Maragakis Bros has built a new winery, LioGermA, in the hills surrounding Heraklion.

Our aim is to produce exceptional wines from both indigenous and international grape varieties and to offer visitors the chance to taste our wines on-site.

Wine tastings and winery tours are guided by our specially trained staff.

We focus on showcasing the potential of indigenous varieties and the Cretan vines nourished by the Mediterranean, capable of delivering exceptional wines. In Greek, LioGERMA—Dun—is not only the most romantic time of day but also the ideal harvest period for crafting great wines.
