Zaros Lake is a small freshwater lake at the base of Mount Psilortis in southern Crete. Surrounded by greenery and walking paths, it's ideal for a quiet break. Enjoy loacal trout at lakeside taverms or start a hike through the nearby Rovas Gorge. Peaceful and easy to reach, it's a great stop for nature lovers and anyone exploring inland Crete.
