Agreco Farm

Agreco Farm is a privately owned traditional organic farm and fairytale-like village replica created by the Grecotel Hotels & Resorts group. The estate serves as a living museum of Cretan heritage, featuring a 17th-century style village square, a watermill, an olive press, a wine cellar, and a mini zoo home to local species like the Kri-Kri wild goat. Visitors can immerse themselves in rural life through the "Farmer for a Day" program, which includes hands-on activities like kneading bread, milking goats, and harvesting seasonal produce. A primary highlight is the on-site Taverna, recognized by Vanity Fair as one of the best organic restaurants in the world, where guests enjoy a multi-course Cretan feast made entirely from farm-fresh ingredients while overlooking vineyards and the Aegean Sea.
